Members of the Canadian First Nations community have come to the UK to discuss with the British parliament their obligations to the Canadian First Nations community in relation to the proposed changes to the Canadian constitution that has been put forward by the Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau, that could see their rights to self determination as set out by Royal Proclamation, being eroded.
