Gang violence is violating the basic rights of many communities around
the country.

Westbury residents in Johannesburg say some14-year-olds are armed and
terrorising communities day and night, and many feel unsafe in their
own homes.

This is despite the police anti-gang unit that's supposed to have zero
crime tolerance.
