In this video, I show 7 reasons why you should write a thank you card to show you're being grateful. Being grateful for me is part of my mindful, slow-living lifestyle. Writing thank you a card for a gift, after an interview, or even simply for someone's presence, brings joy and calmness into my life and makes it so brighter.
"Thank you" is a small word, very simple, easy to pronounce. And yet, it is used less and less! However, knowing how to show gratitude is essential for a more fulfilled life, for us and for those around us. What if we learned to say thank you again? I hope this video is like a "being grateful motivation" for you and got you encouraged to write thank you cards/letters/notes in the future.
Recently I had to undergo surgery. I had been blessed with so many kind words and get-well wishes. Someone even sent me a beautiful bouquet. So I decided to return a thank you card to this person.
