The Grand Hotel Aluva has over a hundred years of experience. The man who cooks Parotta Puff in this restaurant started making Paratha Puff for his customers even before my birth. The Grand Hotel in Aluva also sells a variety of delicacies including Biriyani (Beef and Chicken), Mutton Curry, Parotta, Puttu, and so on. However, I liked their Parotta Puff the most. പെറോട്ട പഫ് എന്ന് കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ടോ? കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ കഴിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടോ? ചിലപ്പോൾ ഉണ്ടാവും, പക്ഷെ ഞാൻ ആദ്യമായി കഴിക്കുന്നത് ഇപ്പോഴാണ് - ആലുവ ഗ്രാൻഡ് ഹോട്ടലിൽ നിന്ന്. സാധാരണ പെറോട്ട അടിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ ഇതും വീശി പരത്തിയതിനുശേഷം പഫ്സ് മസാല അതിൽ നിറച്ച് തവയിൽ ചുട്ടു തരും.
