Footwork exercise for all four directions like a lighthouse

Описание к видео Footwork exercise for all four directions like a lighthouse

Today I will cover two types of leg work when striking opponents coming from four directions in IAI.
When you learn this you will be able to use them in a variety of situations. They are also important for building your CHUSHIN or center, which is a core part of the Kaz Method. In order to move in four directions you must be aware of your CHUSHIN. This exercise is very good for developing this awareness. Think of yourself as a lighthouse shining light in four directions. See all around you in 360 degrees, sense it, feel the space in your heart. This will help develop your sense of space.
It is important for performers and beneficial for anyone. This helps broaden your horizons both literally and mentally.
It has the added benefit of improving your posture.
Let's learn it, practice it and master it!
