Poor Takakage is stuck as being the worst katana user. Outside of the share moves, he is so bad.
His first unique charge is the aerial. It has a long recovery animation that can only be cancel by musou. The second unique charge is at the end of the C4, which launch multiple lightning bolt. They often miss and do barely damage anyway. Even his unique skill sucks, if you're near the ennemy or a wall, it will miss.
I guess the tornado in his musou is cool though.
