Hello friends welcome to Dickeydol recipe Today I am going to show you how to make yellow laphing. The Yellow laping recipe is very easy to follow and it is also very tasty. In Nepal you will get variety of Yellow Laphing such as Wai Wai Laphing , Dry Yellow Laping and Soup Yellow Laphing.

ingredients

1: White flour ( Maida) ,Turmeric powder, water and-salt
2 : soya Chunk ( Soya Meat)
3: Wai Wai ( Nepal Waiwai is much tasty than Indian one)
4: tomato and onion
5: spring onion and salt
6: chilli sauce and garlic water
7: vinegar and soya sauce
Note: You can use yellow food color instead of Turmeric Powder.

Why yellow laphing breaks while making it: tibetan laping recipe

Breaking may have many reasons so please follow the following steps to ensure you get a better result.

1: Make dough bit hard.
2: Leave it for 1 hour
3: Put the dough in water and squeeze as shown in video
4: keep the starch for at least 5 to 6 hours ( we usually keep overnight).
5: Separate the water and starch carefully as shown in video

6: Very important thing is keep batter not too thick but not too loose. you just check my video for batter thickness.

7: Apply oil in the steel plate if you r using steel plate
8: There should have enough water in steamer and also water must be boiling
9: put the plate filled with batter and cook for 2 to 3 mins ( there will be small bubbles coming out of batter once it is cooked)
10 : When making laphing make sure you closed your container tightly using cover so no steams will escape from it
