Fender Certified Pre-Owned IS A JOKE

Fender have launched a "Certified Pre-Owned" system where you can buy guys guitars at apparently "Great Value"... But all isn't as it seems and there are even instances of the exact same guitars being sold by the exact same people for 24 percent less than when Fender got involved.
