Our MD speaking on the required documents when submitting an offer for residential and commercial properties.

To purchase a residential property, the following documents are required:

TRN, Picture ID, Proof of Address ( JP letter, Utility bill, Bank Statment or National ID)
Customer Information Form
Prequal letter/Proof of Payment
Proof of 5%-15% deposit
Offer to Purchase form

If you reside overseas your driver licence can be used as a proof of address.

To purchase a commercial property, the following documents are required:

Offer to Purchase form
Customer Information form Corporate
2 IDs of Directors of the company
Company Registration documents
Prequal letter/proof of payment
Utility bill for the company
Proof 5%-15% deposit

To rent a residential property, the following documents are required:

Offer to Rent form
Profile Sheet
Customer Information form
TRN, Picture ID, Proof of Address (JP letter, Utility bill, Bank Statment or National ID)
3 months last payslips and Job letter

To rent a commercial property, the following documents are required:

Offer to Rent form
Company Profile Sheet
Customer Information form -Corporate
Company Registration douments
Utility bill for the company
2 IDs of Directors of the company
Proof of payment
