When we talk about how much time is required for CSS Preparation. So, there are two types of aspirants when we talk about CSS. The first ones are those who are preparing for the CSS - informally and unconsciously - for a very long time. When the actual time comes they really don't need to study day and night, read every news and work on his/her writing skills, etc. Because they are already been practicing this schedule regularly.
