An historic winter storm was wrapping up on Sunday morning across Western Illinois where 16 inches of snow fell in the Macomb area. Some reports of 16 to 20 inches were found across Eastern Missouri into Western Illinois. Crews are seen here clearing roads using heavy equipment and some rural blowing and drifting of snow. Many side roads across the area remain snow packed and very dangerous.
