This isn't just any all-you-can-eat buffet – it's a premium brunch experience with a carving station boasting prime rib and other roasts, a wide selection of fresh sushi, and plenty of Pacific Northwest seafood. On top of the impressive buffet, you also select an a la carte dish. I highly recommend the crab cakes Benedict – it was bursting with large chunks of crab meat, lightly breaded and perfectly cooked, then smothered in a rich, creamy hollandaise sauce with a perfectly poached egg.
