roasted masale:- coconut 3 tsp, cashews 12 nos, almonds 12 nos, khush-khush 1 tsp, dhania 1 tsp, whole black pepper 1/2 tsp, 4 cardamom, 1 big cardamom, 1/4 piece mace, 1 tsp shahzira, onion 2 , curd 2 tsp , 1 lemon juice, 1 dalchini, 1 tsp coriander leaves and 1 tsp mint leaves.
masala powder- :- 2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, ghee 1 tsp, oil.
