This week we bring you the Barbados Surprise, a variation of the Paradise cocktail, which is a variation of the Rainbow cocktail. This tropical layered cocktail is actually the rainbow cocktail, but with rum instead of vodka. Which makes it a close cousin of the Paradise layered drink, but uses orange juice instead pineapple juice. We are now on the search for the layered tropical drink that uses pineapple juice, grenadine and vodka. Stay tuned.
