Now, put the almonds in a blender and add three to four cups of water. Blend this mixture well until it forms a creamy and slightly thick paste. Now, strain this prepared paste through a sieve or a thin cotton cloth. You will see that the almond milk separates, and the thick pulp remains in the cloth. Squeeze the milk out as much as possible. If you like it sweet, you can add honey to the milk according to your taste.
There you go! Your fresh almond milk is ready. You can store it in a container in the fridge for three to four days. You can drink almond milk directly or use it in tea, coffee, cereals, smoothies, or for cooking. Additionally, you can use the leftover thick almond pulp in baking or cooking.
