R-Type Final 2 (Switch) - DLC Set 3 Homage Stages | Original vs Remastered Comparison

Comparing the new stages to their old stages in DLC Set 2 for R-Type Final 2. The homage stages are from R-Type, R-Type 2 & R-Type Final. The R-Type 2 stage is incredibly hard and I believe that boss is even harder in this incarnation. The other stages are challenging but not as hard. The OG stage from R-Type has been overtaken by space fungus and has made traversing the space station much more difficult. The fight against Dopkeratops is much more difficult with the intrusive fungi. The R-Type Final stage has the most variety and most chill. Although, if you lack focus for too long you will be destroyed by the local fauna.
