Velosolutions UCI Pump Track World Championships Qualifier- HVIDOVRE

The first ever official pump track event in Denmark took place in Hvidovre, Copenhagen🇩🇰 this weekend and what better way to showcase pump track racing than with a Velosolutions UCI Pump Track World Championships Qualifier!🔥

The newly built Velosolutions track provided the perfect setting for some intense racing, with fast straights and steep turns keeping the riders on their toes!👊

In the Women’s division, Felicia Klingström proved that her 7th place finish at last year’s World Championships was no fluke. She dominated every lap with a solid margin, showing she’s faster than ever. Danielle Vrenegoor and newly crowned Swedish champion Astrid Stoltz rounded out the podium and will soon be packing their bags for South Africa🦁

In the Men’s division, all eyes were on former champion Eddy Clerte, and he didn’t disappoint! Swedish sensation Love Sylwan wasn’t far behind. However, in the final, Eddy demonstrated his expertise by posting the fastest lap of the day, an impressive 17.797 seconds, making him the only rider to go sub-18! Love pushed a bit too hard in the challenging S-turn section, but it was clear that both riders put on a shot. The crowds came out in force, and it’s official-Denmark loves pump track racing!💥
