In the deepest darkness, open space is always there
Through the cracks light comes in
Live INTO THE LIGHT

Music can give hope in crisis and hard times to every body - the maker and the listener.
Music absorbs time. Music is endless. Music is like Love.
In the last couple of years I was working on this composition in a five beat cycle. Inspired by south indian rhythm and the rhythm language (solkattu) I composed a piece for differently tuned frame drums. The voice embodies the rhythmical structures and creates a harmonic mood.
#framedrums do belong to the oldest percussion instruments of human culture. They do exist in variant shapes on all continents of the globe. Besides studying different rhythm cultures of the world my aim is to connect ethnic music and western classical approach and to create new music inspired by ancient rhythmical wisdom.
