This weeks video focuses on closed guard sweeps .. specifically we are looking at setting them up using sleeve grips. We look at a couple of variations of the pendulum sweep, the second one is sometimes called the flower sweep. And lastly we look at hip bump sweep which is a great sweep for beginners but this time we are combining it with our flower sweep set up and when our partner counters we counter back with the hip bump. This last combo is one of my favourites to hit from closed guard.
