See the introduction into Swiss alpine flying. The student gets all the necessary information about the knowledge and danger of flying in alpine terrain. Flying close to the mountains and landing on mountain airfields with a high density altitude is demanding. This flight lead us from Basel to Reichenbach and then via the Gemmipass to Sion. The visibility is very poor due to the sand coming from the Sahara which was blown in high altitudes towards Europe. Enjoy real ATC.
