How To Add Table / Room / Kitchen Call Buttons To Wait Staff Wrist Watches

How to add call buttons to individual staff watches on the Waiter Call Table Service System. You can either set your system up so that all tables call all staff watches, or if staff are responsible for certain areas you can assign tables, rooms, or areas to different watches. In the we demonstrate how.

Process in full -

Press and hold down top right button (green dash)
Press top right (green dash) once to enter add caller settings
add0001 ID appears - press your coaster / table 1 and press the call button on the coaster
add0002 ID appears - press your coaster / table 1 and press the call button on the coaster
add0003 ID appears - press your coaster / table 1 and press the call button on the coaster
Repeat this procedure for each call button that you want to 'call' that particular watch
When you are done press the bottom right (red dot) button a couple of times to return to the main screen
You will need to repeat this procedure on each watch
