Thinking of ways we can support. We are hosting our next Modern Mahjong Virtual Tournament everyone impacted by the California Wildfires. Details on ModernMahjong.com/products/mahjongwithmeaning. If you haven't played in one of our virtual tournaments before, it is simple.
1. Register with your group of multiples of four to play online or in-person,
2. Before February, we will send score sheets with the rules on scoring.
3. Play at your convenience.
4. By February 10, 2025, send us the custom score sheet completed with your scores.
5. win prizes while raising funds for people impacted by the California Wildfires.

National Mah Jongg League Rules are based on exactly 152 tiles as follows:
Eight Jokers, four of each Wind (N, E, W, S) tile, four of each Dragon (Red, Green and White) eight Flowers, and three suits (Bam, Crak and Dot) numbered one to nine (there are four identical tiles for each number) Each wall is comprised of exactly 19 double-tiered tiles.
