This an any% speedrun through Quake on easy skill.
I always wanted to have a proper marathon run of the entire game, but never had the patience to grind it out. But a couple of weeks ago I was able to perform a 13:07 run with 'casual' play, containing plenty of bigger mistakes. So it motivated me to push further and iron out at least the major errors.
I'm pretty satisfied with this run which currently puts me #6 in the speedrun.com leaderboard. An ideal time with the route and tricks I made would be around 12:15.
