Crappy Gaming #7: Jumbo Flan easy battle on Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster

Strategy to make the Jumbo Flan battle easier, using White Magic, Anima summon, and Pain attack.

Defeating Jumbo Flan in the Monster Arena helps obtain their drop- Magic Spheres. These are a vital part of maxing out your characters to 255 stats (Magic attack.)

Strategy:
Use reflect on party, then cast slow on reflect character to slow down the Flan.
Summon Anima.
Use haste to speed aeon up, shell to minimize magic damage from Flan, and regen to keep health up.
Use pain until Flan is dead.

Note, you may want to use dispel on Anima when Flan casts Reflect, to prevent the Regen.
This can be done by casting dispel right before the flan's next turn after the initial Reflect/Curaga combo.
After the Flan's attack, just re-do haste, shell, and regen, and then continue.
