২০২৫ সালে হজের দুটি প্যাকেজ ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে। চলতি বছরের তুলনায় হজের খরচ কমেছে এক লাখ ৯ হাজার টাকার বেশি। যদি ডলারের দাম বিশ্ববাজারে না বাড়তো তাহলে আরও ৪০ হাজার টাকা কমানো সম্ভব হতো। বুধবার সচিবালয়ে সংবাদ সম্মেলনে ধর্ম উপদেষ্টা জানান সরকারি খরচে হজ সংশ্লিষ্ট অফিসার বাদে কাউকে হজে পাঠানো হবে না। বলেন এ বছর থেকেই জাহাজে হাজী পাঠানোর চেষ্টা করা হবে। ৩০ নভেম্বর পর্যন্ত চলবে হাজিদের নিবন্ধন।

In a press conference at the secretariat on Wednesday, the religious advisor said that no one will be sent for Hajj at government expense except for the Hajj-related officers. He said that efforts will be made to send Haji by ship from this year. Registration of Hajids will continue till November 30.
