New i9 torch hub, issue with bearing drag. Slightly loosening the rear axle relieves the preload on the hub bearings.

*Update*: After 1 ride with this annoying drag I removed the rear wheel. Releases both end cap covers for axle on the rear hub. I inspected the small plastic shims (they were ok) applied a little more lube to them. I checked the main bearings in the hub (ok), and the bearing on the driver body (ok). Next I spun the wheel out of the bike and tried to simulate a load of pushing in on both axle end caps and realized that I couldn't reproduce any drag. This left me with the thought of the hub not being perfectly squared to the rear triangle.
I reinstalled the rear wheel and checked it several times, there was definitely a Margin for error and the rear wheel could be installed, axle through and it not be perfectly straight in the frame. After 2 tries and it looked good by eye, torqued to 12nm and no more drag. 2 rides later it still good.
