North Korean refugees.

China signed the 1951 United Nations Refugee Convention that prohibits "refoulement" -- sending asylum seekers back to their countries where they will face torture and death.

Contact the China embassy and your federal representatives and let them know you want China to stop sending back North Koreans to death.
