This is the paramount of Transparent overdrive pedals for taking a clean channel of an amp you love and making it slightly off clean in all the best ways possible. Emerson make great hand-wired stuff in the USA and this is no exception from the build quality and sound quality that I've known them for.

This is not a high gain pedal. It's a low gain pedal designed to give you the perfect off clean tone for stacking more overdrives with or just on it's own if that's what you prefer.

There's very few pedals that do what this does and in a way that's as musical. It's simply awesome.
