Job Description:
The Court Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning and administrative efficiency of the court. The role involves assisting the Hon’ble Judges and Court Administration in improving court management practices, streamlining procedures, and enhancing service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day court administration and ensure efficient case flow management.
Assist in preparing and managing court budgets, infrastructure planning, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with judicial and non-judicial staff to improve workflow and court performance.
Implement modern management techniques and ICT tools in court processes.
Monitor and analyze court performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare reports, presentations, and performance reviews for internal and external use.
Ensure adherence to court protocols, policies, and procedural compliance.
Support in training and capacity-building programs for court staff.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
Must have an MBA degree or equivalent (specialization in Human Resources / Finance / Operations preferred).
Additional qualifications in law or public administration will be an advantage.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in management, administration, or related fields.
Experience in government, judiciary, or legal sector will be preferred.
Age Limit:
Should not exceed 21- 30 years as on reference date (relaxation applicable as per rules 45 year).
Skills Required:
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in MS Office and court management software
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with judicial procedures and legal terminology
