Here's some bear rally tips:

1. Enhance your bear trap
2. Increase charm/research for more damage
3. Send out full marches to the strongest rally's (Most important)
4. Be fast with your hands

Extra Tips:
1. Stagger the rally's meaning and leave a minute between each group of rally's (This will happen naturally due to the distance between the city and the bear trap)
2. Boost if you want to do more damage (not necessary)
3. Use Pet Skill for more damage
