So when the homeowner sees me and looks out the door, they're gonna see my truck with my magnets on the side or my stickers. So they say, Hey, he's a professional company.

Number two, tuck your shirt in and look presentable. Okay, as simple as it sounds, tuck your shirt in. It's the easiest thing that you can do to overcome looking like a schlub.

Number three, have a pen in your shirt. We're like that because it is always handy and it looks professional and prepared.

And number four, always have a folio or a clipboard with you. It shows intention. It shows that you're prepared and it gives you a place to start taking notes.
