So many aspects of making a wedding video can be daunting and time consuming, but editing a wedding ceremony doesn't have to be one of them.

Let's be real, you leave a wedding with hours of footage and while you may be excited to put together the highlight film, if you're like me, you probably put off the ceremony for as long as you can. Sure it's not as exciting as the highlight, but with these final cut pro x multicam techniques, editing a wedding ceremony video will be easy and not too time consuming.

So much of the time saving comes in the early stages before you've even made your multicam sequence in fcpx. The organization is key here, so that everything in your multicam sequence syncs up automatically. Once all your camera angles and audio sources are lined up you're good to start making edits on your timeline. You can do quickly by turning on your angles and scrubbing through the ceremony video, making cuts as you go!

From there, just a few finishing touches and you've now easily edited a wedding ceremony video using multicam editing in final cut pro x!
