Who to pick on chosen 5 stars banner?
Belows are a few good options
1) Ewan:
Require: True manifest , no SA
Strongest fire attacker, very strong even without SA. But you need to clear his true manifest weapon. I think I have seen free team to clear his true manifest weapon before too. You will gain very strong attacker immediately, the downside is that his attack drains his own HP. So you need a way to restore his HP i.e. Absorb damage grasta/armor/healer.

2) Tsukiha
Extremely Strong fire attacker, allowing you to do multihit damages, very suited for Astral archive challenge mode to earn a lot extra CS!! Her turn end multi hit attacks will help you clear a lot of HP stopper/Life stack with ease too!
-You need to SA her and clear true manifest weapon.

3) Thillille NS
-You need to side grade her to ES and SA
-If you can ES +SA her, she is the strongest crystal attacker and one of strongest attackes in the game. Her ES comes with Moke sidekick who can half boss defense!! To top if off, Moke can allow her ES to spam her massive attack again and again!! She can also provide one of strongest offense buff to whole team, making her both best attacker and best offensive support in the game. You can use her in junction with Aldo SA too!

4) Radias
-Sidegrade her to AS. And she will become one of strongest tanks in the game. Her guard can absorb all damages on that turn and leave her with 1 HP. She can cast Guard 3 times at your turn of choice unlike Minalca AS/Alma AS who needs quite a hassle to cast Guard.

5) Necoco
-She can change her element to match the active zone. If you can sidegrade her to AS, her AS can change the whole team element to match the active zone!! This trick allows you to use one strong attacker against many boss!! For example, if someone casts wind zone, then Necoco AS can change Thillille ES's crystal attack into Wind attack!! So you can just use Thilleille ES on all element boss!

6) Claude
-Sidegrade to ES and you get very powerful offensive and defensive support. He can also cast weapon zone based on your other frontline unit of choice. If your selected unit is sword, Claude ES will cast slash zone. He will automatically increase his own HP and selected units greatly, making himself as tank. To top it off, his attack heals HP, restore MP and clear status to whole party!

7) Yipha
-Side grade to AS and you get one of strongest offense support in the game. While her buff is just one turn, she makes up with defensive buff like cyclone immunity, immunity, type resist and pwr/int debuff.
