Smoke brisket on the Traeger Timberline 1300 with Killer Hogs TX Brisket Rub. First time using this rub, and very pleased with the results. I did lose the first portion of the video due to a camera issue. And I also had some high winds create some audio issues for me.

Smoked overnight 200 degrees on the Traeger with Super Smoke turned on.
Wrapped in pink butcher paper around 165F internal.
Cooked until probe tender (about 205-210) and rested 1 hour.
Sliced and enjoyed!
