Recipe🌿
Vegan Oven-Roasted Broccoli🥦
Yields: 4 servings
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20-28 minutes

Ingredients: 🌿
1 large head of organic broccoli, cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions:🌿
Prep the Broccoli: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, basil, and oregano. Toss well to coat evenly.
Add the Secret Ingredient: 🍇Pour balsamic vinegar over the broccoli and toss again to combine well.
The balsamic vinegar will add sweetness and help caramelize the broccoli.🥦
Let's sit for 10 minutes, this will absorb all the flavors

Roast the Broccoli: Spread the broccoli florets in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Make sure the florets are not overlapping to ensure even roasting.
Roast: Roast in the preheated oven for 20-28 minutes, or until tender-crisp and lightly browned. For extra browning, flip the broccoli halfway through roasting.
Serve: Let the roasted broccoli cool slightly before serving. Enjoy as a side dish, or add it to salads, grain bowls, or pasta dishes.

For extra flavor: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the seasoning mix.
Make it ahead: You can roast the broccoli ahead of time and reheat it later.
