Hello Dear Parents,
In this video, I have shared the Iron rich diet for children and this is Beet root. Iron is essential nutrient for kids and most of the parents forget its importance in crucial age group. 1 years plus is a crucial time for kids since 80% Brain growth happens by the age of 2 years and Iron is essential for Brain Growth. In my opinion, Haemoglobin should be measured of every child when the child completes his first birthday.
In this video, I have shared the information related to Beet root. Beet root is rich source of Iron, Vitamin C, Fibers and Folic Acid. Since it is a rich source of Both Iron and Vitamin C which is helpful in iron absorption, so it should be included in kids diet. If a person is anaemic then it should be given in his diet. Beet root also lowers the Blood Pressure.
