I think that one of the reasons that you're such an effective manager and leader is you care about your people growing. And over the years, I've seen people fail as managers because they are intimidated about the people around them. So if there's a star emerging, they'll attempt to sandbag that person's progress. Haven't seen it a lot in our company. I think we have a very positive culture where we're rooting for each other and trying to just solve problems And success really comes from finding opportunities and improving. But it's something that we definitely don't take for granted and we look for in our managers. And it's always so crazy to me because why wouldn't you want people on your team to be the best they can possibly be and the more competent they can be? I think as managers and leaders, the less work we're doing, the more successful we are, because it means we've put people in the right seat who can get that work done. And then we're monitoring KPIs we're directing the ship instead of rowing the boat.
