You Tube Copyright Appeal Failed 3rd September 2024

I don't earn any money fro mmy You Tube Chanal. It's just a hobby. I've notice when ever I record videos of Marching Bands who play Music that has been passed down from one generation to another, then it appears that no matter what band is playing, A Portadown Flute Band claim that I've used their music in my Video and as a result they can earm money from my Video, by placing adverts on my video. I appealed it only for the Portadown Flute Band to reject my appeal. I've now appealed it for a 2nd time but if it get rejected again then I will get a Copyright Strike. £ Strikes and my You Tube Chanel gets shut down.
