Aufbau, Planung, Fräsen und 3D Drucken meiner neuen CDU für mein Kellercockpit.
Modelleisenbahn war gestern, heute ist Cockpit basteln angesagt!

After building D-ABVA, one of Lufthansas first 747-400, as a simple Home Cockpit I started every thing new. Down from the scratch I designed and drew everything new in SketchUp, cnc milled and 3D printed. Designing own pcb on easyEDA.com the last great step.
Now it it the Lufthansa D-ABVM.
Only building in wintertime, the thing is one for lifetime.
Ready parts are Mainpanel, Glareshield with MCP and EFIS by cpFlight. Everything backlighted and working with MobiFlight and Arduino. Pedestal is mostly ready - 3x COM, 3x Audiopanel, Autobrake (selfadjusting by a Servo) Transponder, Printer panel and now the CDU.

Working with 2 Matrox Triplehead2go, 3Beamer (not installed in the new basement yet)

The overhead panel is ready out of the cnc mill, but it's not the right time to install it, because there is no existing frame/structure for it.
