Casualties: At least 10 people were killed, and 30 others were injured in this incident. The vehicle reportedly crashed into a group of New Year's revelers around 3:15 a.m. local time.



Events: Witnesses reported that after ramming into the crowd, the driver exited the vehicle and began firing a weapon. Police responded by returning fire. Some reports mention the driver was possibly wearing body armor and armed with an assault rifle, though these details remain unconfirmed.
