Hello and welcome to Thrifty Day🌼 This video is a a peek into the easiest way to journal ever!! If you are new to journaling, or junk journaling, or if you have no idea how to start a daily journal then this is the video for you!

In this video I show you how I save Ephemera for my daily life, nothing very exciting, and I glue, staple, and tape it into a daily journal. I will show you some samples of what i'm currently saving AND do a complete journal flip through of my overflow or trash journal for 2023. I also show you a peek into my 2024 Planner, list journal, and overflow ephemera journal process. I worked in this junk journal for about 7 months. You can use something as accessible and inexpensive as a composition book or a spiral notebook, or you can buy or make your own journal.
