Deadly riots in PNG provoke state of emergency declaration | 7.30

Papua New Guinea is still reeling from deadly riots that claimed the lives of at least 22 people. A police strike on Wednesday last week set the stage for thousands to flood the streets in the capital - looting and burning major supermarkets and retail stores.
