In this Scratch tutorial, you'll learn how to make music with funny faces! We start by creating a new project, adding a blank backdrop, and adding a few funny face images. You'll see how to add sounds from the Sounds tab and code them to play when keys are pressed, making music with your keyboard. I demonstrate how to switch backdrops to show funny faces with sound. We'll also cover fixing a common bug where quickly pressing keys can cause interruptions. Finally, you'll learn to create a beat or melody by adding rests and using repeat blocks.
