Sunday, I woke up and decided I needed to eetell the story of the destruction of at Peters in Oldham. An Oldham church that had a firm place in Oldham's history, demolished to make way for progress.

The bodies were exhumed and some not all were reburied in other locations.

This story shows you what is there now abd what sone oldhamers who were around at the time thought about the tactics abd choices mafe by the council and larger government.

This isn't the first time Oldham has been destroyed by good doing councils and government in the name of progress. Remember derker?
