In this video, we are showing you the process of "DTH RECHARGE WITH EG PAYMENT" App.

You can Recharge your DTH in just a few simple steps with EG PAYMENT. Follow the steps below;
Step 1 : Tap on DTH Option from EG PAYMENT Home Screen.
Step 2 : Select your DTH Service Provider. The available DTH Service Providers on EG PAYMENT are;
• Airtel Digital TV
• Dish TV
• Sun Direct
• Tata Play
• Videocon D2H
Step 3 : Enter the Necessary Identification Details as requested by your service provider.
Step 4 : Enter Recharge amount.
Step 5 : You Recharge become successful.

*Note: Please keep your DTH Set-Top Box and TV Switched ON and ensure that the card is properly inserted into Set-Top Box During Recharge Process.

FAQ :

Q-1 : Why is my Recharge Pending?
Ans : Recharges on EG payments be successful instant. But sometimes, there may be delay in receiving the Status of Recharge from operator end. Most of the Pending Recharges be successful within 15 - 30 Minutes. However, in rare cases, it may take time 24 hours. You can check the Recharge Status in the Transaction History.

Q-2 : What should i do, if my DTH Service doesn't activated, even after a Successful Recharge?
Ans : If you see that your DTH Service isn't activated or the Recharge Benefits are not applied, even after your Recharge is marked as successful on EG PAYMENT. Here might be these issues;
• Activation may take up to 20 Minutes after the recharge is completed. We request you to wait for 20 Minutes and check again.
• The DTH Card must be inserted properly in the set-top box.
• The TV and set-top box must be switched on at the time of recharge.

Q-3 : Can i cancel a Recharge?
Ans : No, you can’t cancel a DTH Recharge, once you have initiated a Request on EG PAYMENT.
