My own observations from playing this morning:

* Serve windup is off, doesn't produce the whiplash effect, but overall reliable. This video skips all failed serves, double faults, etc.
* I was experimenting with super flat returns on slow high serves and it worked a few times like magic.
* I see that I react to the balls super slowly.

Things to practice.

* Constant movement, split step
* Immediate preparation to FH / BH and moving towards the ball
* Completing the stroke as a single motion
