0:57 Hashem Restaurant, Amman - the most famous restaurant among locals and nowdays also among tourists in Jordan. This was the best falafel and hummus I have ever eaten! Great prices guaranteed.

1:39 Bars in Amman - you are in a muslim country, so certain culture must be respected and you can not buy alcohol everywhere, but you can try Books at Cafe or Somewhere Else Pub and Bar.

6:31 Gallayat, Wadi Rum - typical Bedouin dish prepared in the middle of the Wadi Rum Desert. Beans, onions, tomatoes, peppers made on fire. Eat it with eggplant dip, sour cream dip and some arabic bread and you will have a blast.
