6. To add a border to the frame, select the outer frame and go to Layer -Layer Style - Stroke. Choose the desired size and color for the border.

7. Repeat step 6 for the inner frame.

8. To add a drop shadow effect, select the outer frame and go to Layer -Layer Style - Drop Shadow. Adjust the size, angle, and opacity as desired.

9. Repeat step 8 for the inner frame.

10. Save the document by going to File - Save As and selecting a format and location to save the file.
