The first part of this presentation, developed by Mr. Dutt, presents space cooling practices and its impact on climate change, followed by a brief review of available technologies and other options as proposed climate change mitigation actions. The second part, by Unger, analyzes the nature of the proposed actions against climate change and presents a conceptual systemic strategy for leveraging collective consciousness aiming the increase of local and global investment on in mitigation actions.
