We cook a Pavlova in the Cosori Air Fryer and it turned out perfect.
Here are the ingredients to our Summer fruit pavlova.
four, egg whites,
175 grams of sugar,
1, teaspoon of white vinegar, You can also use lemon juice.
1, teaspoon of Arrowroot, you can also use cornflour.
300 ml of double cream,
some fresh strawberries,
A kiwi fruit. You can use fruit of your choice.
A few drops of vanilla extract,
a few drops of flavoured stevia drops, we are using strawberry flavour.
